County of Los Angeles Aging and Disabilities Department (AD) is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for a Client and Services Management System (CSMS) and related services. AD is seeking qualified proposers who can provide a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution that includes a variety of functionalities, such as data collection, detailed reporting, and tracking of all Area Agency on Aging (AAA) services within a web-based CSMS framework. Proposers must also provide subscription services that address essential operational needs, including hosting, data storage, backup and maintenance operations, and support for the automated migration of consumer data. Furthermore, training for end users will be required, along with direct access for data warehouse extractions and reporting to facilitate informed decision-making regarding AAA services.
