The SLHA reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities or irregularities in any bid, to advertise for new bids, or to proceed to do the work by other means, as may be determined to be in the best interest of the Authority. The Authority intends to award the company with the lowest responsive and responsible bid a fixed price contract for furnishing all materials, equipment, labor, and supervision required to complete the work set out in this invitation for bid and the contract documents. | |
| Pre-Bid Meeting Info: | A pre-bid conference will be held on site at 10:00 AM (local time),Thursday, August 6, 2026 at the California Gardens Apartments, 2910 California Ave., St. Louis, MO 63104. A visit to relevant project areas will follow the meeting to allow prospective bidders to familiarize themselves with the existing conditions. Although attendance at the Pre-bid Conference is not mandatory, participation is strongly encouraged. |
