Request for Information – Electrical Supplies

The State of Minnesota, Office of State Procurement, is requesting information regarding electrical supply products. The State of Minnesota invites all interested parties to submit a written response to this Request for Information (RFI).

This Request for Information (RFI) is being released for the purpose of gaining knowledge of pricing structure other than fixed pricing, with a full description of how existing contracts, whether they are with a government or private entity, are structured for the above-mentioned products. State of Minnesota will neither pay for any information requested herein nor is it liable for any costs incurred in preparing a response to this RFI. The State reserves the right to contact responders and request additional information and/or schedule a meeting. All material submitted in response to this RFI is public according to Minn. Stat. § 13.03.

This RFI should not be construed as intent, commitment, or promise to acquire services, supplies, or solutions offered. No contract will result from any response to this RFI. Information submitted in response to this RFI will become property of the State of Minnesota.

Following the RFI, the State intends to release a Request for Proposal (RFP) with the purpose to award annual contract for up to five (5) years. The estimated total dollar value for the contract awarded through the RFP is approximately $557,000 – $681,000 for one year. However, this shall not be construed as either the minimum or maximum amount.

Provide a response to this RFI on or before May 29, 2025, at 2:00PM, Central Time, to the agency contact.
