DEED intends to purchase 1 Fully powered portable pilot seat lift for VRS client from LIFE ESSENTIALS INC to access farm equipment, construction equipment, and large semi tractor trucks.

After an extensive search, it was determined LIFE ESSENTIALS INC is the sole vendor who can provide said fully powered portable pilot seat lift with telescopic arm; this is the only product which meets the requirements outlined in the VRS participants approved small business stabilization employment plan.
