REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP)
FOR CITY OF POCATELLO HOUSING PLAN

Section I. Introduction

The City of Pocatello invites interested parties to submit Proposals to complete a Housing Plan for the City of Pocatello. The City is looking for firms with documented experience providing planning consulting services regarding housing. The project objectives include identifying the City’s existing conditions, housing needs and housing constraints and establishing goals and strategies for the City to implement.

The City of Pocatello is a municipal corporation located in Southeast, Idaho. The City is issuing this Request for Proposals and anticipates selecting a firm that has extensive planning experience in the subject of housing and working in a local government setting. Only the firms responding to the Request for Proposals will be considered. The City will evaluate responses to select a candidate to negotiate a contract. Once negotiated, the contract term will be valid for a two (2) year period with mutually executable options to extend.
