Description

The service requires a noninvasive early blockage detection technology medical vascular device system and accessories that can simultaneously measure blood volume changes in two different locations on the body (like both legs) to compare blood flow in the arms to the legs or digits. A comprehensive calibrated accurate system to compare blood flow between the two body locations to access, diagnose, and treat patients with lower extremity peripheral arterial disease blockages for a fully installed and operational system within 90 days of contract award.
