The City of Brewer (Owner) will receive separate sealed bids for the Levenseller Tank Improvement project at the Engineer’s office, 80 Exchange St, Suite 400, Bangor, ME 04401, Attn: Devin Sandberg. Bid Deadline: 11:00 AM EST on April 25, 2025, at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
The Levenseller Tank Improvement project consists of the changes to the Levenseller Tank including new interior and exterior paint coatings, installation of a mixer, replacement of the tank’s cathodic protection, and a construction of a new control building.
