| Description: | The La Crosse public library is seeking proposals from qualified design consultants to prepare plans, specifications, and estimates for the installation, and commissioning of seven (7) new air handling units (AHUs) and a water softener for the library’s HVAC system. This includes new modular air handling units, demo, duct work, new humidifiers, piping, insulation, disposal, permits, new controls, line voltage, electrical, new variable frequency drives, start up and balancing. One of the AHU will be configured for dehumidification. The goal is to ensure improved air quality, energy efficiency, and optimal environmental control within the building. |
