11 SEPT 2026: AMENDMENT 0001 is to correct administrative typographical errors, rectify numerical discrepancies within the Instructions to Offerors (ADD 01), update the Performance Work Statement (Att 01) to specify requirements for existing equipment to be reused, and incorporate Attachment 05 (Conference Room Floor Layout). All changes are highlighted in yellow.
All other terms, conditions, specifications, and the proposal submission deadline remain unchanged, and offerors must acknowledge receipt of this amendment prior to the closing date and time specified.
Additionally, a formal set of Questions and Answers (Q&A) generated from vendor inquiries is hereby posted (attached) to provide further clarification to offerors.

QUESTION NO. 1: May a prospective subcontractor or teaming partner attend the September 10, 2026 site visit on behalf of or in support of the prime offeror? If so, should the attendee identify both the subcontractor and prime contractor when registering?
GOVERNMENT'S RESPONSE: Yes, propective subcontractors and teaming partners are permitted to attend the site visit in support of or on behalf of a prime offeror. When registering for the site visit, attendees must explicitly identify both the subcontractor name and prime contractor name they are representing.

JRM requires an AV refresh for the Building 200 Flag Conference Room to improve the room's primary display and audio capability, provide dependable presentation connectivity for Non-Secure Internet Protocol Router Network (NIPRNet) and Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNet) Government computers, and retain the existing Government conferencing and control equipment.
