Parallel Force Main Along Belfast River Road

The Bryan County Board of Commissioners is seeking Sealed proposals for the construction of a new publicly owned 16¿ force main and all appurtenances along Belfast River Road in Richmond Hill, Bryan County, Georgia.

Parallel Force Main Along Belfast River Road:
The scope of work includes construction of a new 16¿ force main in Richmond Hill, GA. Work shall include; installation of approximately 24,400 LF of 16¿ FPVC force main via open cut, horizontal directional drill, and jack and bore methods, installation of valves, air release valves, valve vaults, and fittings, and two tie ins to the existing sewer system.

Plans and Specifications may be obtained either in physical form from Thomas & Hutton Engineering Co., (Issuing Office) at 50 Park of Commerce Way, Savannah, Georgia 31405 upon payment of $200.00 (plus shipping charges as applicable) or downloaded in digital form. Only Bidders who obtain documents (either physical or digital) shall be placed on the plan holder list and allowed to submit bids.

A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on Tuesday, June 10th, 2025, at 10:00 A.M. in the 2nd floor Commission Meeting Room at 66 Captain Matthew Freeman Drive, Richmond Hill, Georgia 31324. Following the Pre-Bid Conference will be a visit to the Project site. The Pre-Bid Conference is not mandatory for the potential Bidders. All prospective bidders are encouraged to attend. Last day for Questions to submit in writing shall be Monday, June 16th, 2025, at 5:00 P.M.

Sealed Proposals will be accepted at 66 Captain Matthew Freeman Drive, Suite 111, Richmond Hill, GA 31324 until 2:00 PM, June 24th, 2025, at which time they will be opened publicly.
