The Traffic Engineer for the City of Minot is requesting proposals from qualified vendors to sandblast and paint traffic signal standards at multiple location in Minot, ND. The Traffic Engineer will receive written quotes for the following work:

2026 Traffic Signal Painting

Project # 4978

Specifications and general instructions to bidders are available in the Public Works Office at 1025 31st St SE or on the city website https://www.minotnd.gov/Bids.aspx .

Proposals will be accepted in both email or physical form until 2:30pm on Tuesday, December 2, 2025.

Physical proposals are to be mailed to the Traffic Engineer at 1025 31st St SE, Minot, ND 58701.

The City of Minot reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to award the contract as it deems to be in the best interest of the City of Minot. The City of Minot is a Title VI community, and the Bidder must be in compliance with Appendix A and Appendix E of the City of Minot Title VI Assurances.
