| Description: | The purpose of this project is to provide improved access to the Pybus South Parking Lot necessary to accommodate Electric Vehicle Chargers provided through funding by Washington’s Climate Commitment Act and grading the entire site to final subgrade elevations along Worthen Street south of Orondo Street. The construction provides for the underground utility preparation for the electric charging units that the city has obtained and for future development phases. All work shall be completed in accordance with the contract plans, special provisions, and the 2026 WSDOT Standard Specifications. | |
| Additional Description: | The Electrical Utility preparation includes installation of Chelan PUD primary electrical line extension for 480V 3 Phase transformer and the purchasing of 1200A Switchboard compatible with PUD metering and purchasing 600A Panel board cabinet and preparing foundations for EVC installed by others. Preparing a 120V lighting control cabinet for future parking lot lighting. |
