Wichita Falls Independent School District ("WFISD" or "District") issues this REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL for qualified individuals and/or firms providing the following online or in-person services: Speech Language Pathologist (SLP), and Diagnostician (Diag) as needed to serve the students of WFISD.

Anticipated Contract Term is August 1, 2026, through July 31, 2027.

Each submission must be a complete bid or it may be disqualified.
All submissions must be received via WFISD's Ion Wave online bidding platform (this platform), or, sealed hardcopy response containing all required response documentation within this solicitation delivered to WFISD, 1104 Broad Street, Wichita Falls, TX 76301, at or before

NOON on Friday, May 29, 2026. Envelopes must be clearly marked “RFP 2627-02-C-27" and checked in upon delivery and mutually signed by WFISD representative AND by the delivery person.

RISK OF ON-TIME DELIVERY IS SOLELY THAT OF THE BIDDER. LATE BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

Bid documents MUST be signed by an individual authorized to contractually bind the individual or firm submitting the bid response. A failure to properly submit all requirements of the bid on-time and to provide authorized signature(s) within the response may cause it to be rejected as NON-RESPONSIVE.
WFISD Board Of Trustees (BOT) reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in bids received on-time. Late and/or incomplete bids will not be considered.
