Burlington & Strand Water Main Replacements

The City of Missoula requires bidders submit electronic bids as prescribed on the City’s electronic bidding site, www.questcdn.com or www.ci.missoula.mt.us/bids .

This project consists of, but is not necessarily limited to, the following: installing approximately 2895 LF of 8-inch Class 350 DIP, 88 LF of 6-inch Class 350 DIP, and 14 LF of 10-inch Class 350 DIP water main in Burlington Avenue, Strand Avenue, and Kensington Avenue in Missoula, MT. Connections will be made to existing water mains and fire hydrants will be installed. The existing water services will be swapped and connected to the new mains. Associated appurtenances, fittings, and other items necessary to complete the project are detailed on the construction plans. All restoration of disturbed areas including asphalt, concrete, gravel, landscaping, irrigation, and other miscellaneous work are included.
