Sealed proposals will be received by the Division of Public Works, State of Idaho, at 502 N. 4th St., PO
Box 83720, Boise, Idaho 83720-0072 until 2:00 p.m. local time, on Tuesday, April 14, 2026 for DPW
Project 25030 IFQAL Bldg. Parking Lot Replacement, Agriculture, Twin Falls, Idaho.
A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include replacement of existing asphalt
pavement, correction of drainage deficiencies and soft spots, and reconstruction of pedestrian ramp to
current ADA standards.
Proposals will be opened and publicly read at the above hour and date.

There will be a Pre-Bid Conference on Wednesday, April 1, 2026, beginning at 10:00 a.m., prevailing local
time, at the Idaho Food Quality Assurance Lab, 1180 Washington St. N., Twin Falls, Idaho 83301.
Bidders are encouraged to attend.
One set of documents may be obtained by licensed general contractors and by licensed mechanical and
electrical subcontractors from the Design Professional for a refundable deposit of $50.00. Others may obtain
documents at cost, non-refundable.
A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public
Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work.
Estimated Cost: $198,140.00
