    The Minnesota Zoological Garden is seeking a qualified consultant or agency to lead a comprehensive needs analysis, system selection, design and implementation for the Minnesota Zoo’s and Minnesota Zoo Foundation’s websites, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and ticketing sales and reservations technology stack. This “stack” must support and maximize income generation, relationship management, data collection and data insights for all of MN Zoo and MN Zoo Foundation’s constituents. Work is anticipated to start in January 2025.
