TO ALL PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS:
The following questions were submitted by a potential bidder. Our answers are listed
below in red:
1. Section II #1. Provide all appropriate licenses and Certifications required in the
State of Tennessee to provide the goods and/or perform Services required.
a. What licenses are required for out of state providers? We’re unable to
provide a list of licenses.
b. Tennessee doesn't require business licenses at the state level. Do we
need a Shelby county license? A Shelby County Business License is
required if your business is located in Shelby County TN.
2. Section IX page 18 What is the difference between #9 and #10?
a. #9 Proposal would fill existing gap in services (provide services not
currently provided in a county) Points for a proposal for filling a service
gap in a county where the service is not currently provided.
b. #10 Only RFP response to fill and existing gap in services (only RFP to
provide for service not currently provided in a county) Points for only
proposal for filling a service gap in a county where the service is not
currently provided
