The State of Wisconsin, Consolidated Agency Purchasing Services (CAPS) on behalf of the Department of Military Affairs (DMA), requests Bids to provide Commercial Lawncare Services for 9 State-owned or operated sites in the Madison area and intends to use the results of this process to award a Contract.
DMA does not guarantee it shall purchase any specific quantity or dollar amount or pay any minimum contract cost during the term of the contract. Commercial Lawncare Services are to maintain the health and appearance of lawns and plant beds. The Contractor(s) shall provide a wide range of services including mowing lawns, spring clean-up and fall clean-up. The following sites are included: • Joint Force Head Quarters (JFHQ) – 2400 Wright Street, Madison, WI • Bldg. 901 – 2402 Bowman Street, Madison, Wisconsin • Bldg. 1420 – 1420 Wright Street, Madison, Wisconsin • Bldg. 1430 – 1430 Wright Street, Madison, Wisconsin • Bldg. 1954 – 1954 Pearson Street, Madison, Wisconsin • Army Aviation Support Facility #2 (AASF#2) – 1950 Pearson Street, Madison, Wisconsin • Armed Forces Reserve Center (AFRC) - 6001 Manufacturers Drive, Madison, Wisconsin • Field Maintenance Shop (FMS) 9 - 6125 Manufacturers Drive, Madison, Wisconsin • Army Maintenance Support Activity (AMSA) - 6451 Manufacturers Drive, Madison, Wisconsin A mandatory site visit is scheduled for: March 31, 2026 at 9:00 AM - 11:00AM. Bidders must register in advance to attend the Mandatory Site Visit by contacting the Procurement Specialist, Mike Butterworth at mike.butterworth@wisconsin.gov no later than 3:00PM, March 25, 2026. |
