The project involves selective interior demolition within an existing two-story building located at 1 Piedmont Road, Charleston, WV 25301. The demolition includes but is not limited to ceilings, walls, doors, raised access flooring, floor finishes, lighting, power distribution and HVAC distribution.

Pre-bid Meeting:
A mandatory pre-bid conference for the purpose of discussing and clarifying the project drawings and specifications will be held at The project location at 1 Piedmont Road, Charleston WV 25301 at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, March 31, 2026.
