ALLEY REHABILITATION PROJECT (AREA B / PHASE I)

The City of Alhambra wishes to take this opportunity to welcome you as a prospective

bidder on one of its Public projects. It is the City’s intention to provide you with thorough

and complete information regarding this project and to present an accurate description of

the necessary work so that you may successfully bid and construct the project.

Submittal of your bid assumes that you have made a thorough and complete investigation

of the project site and that you have discovered no apparent discrepancies between the

scope of work set forth in the plans and specifications and the actual field conditions.

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Alhambra invites sealed bids for the

above stated project and will receive such bids in the office of the City Clerk, 111 South First

Street, Alhambra, California 91801, up to the hour of 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, March 5th,

2026. They will be publicly opened at 11:00 a.m. in the City Council Chambers.
