TO: PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS

This Addendum supersedes, supplements and has precedence over all portions of the

bidding documents with which it differs. Acknowledgement of this Addendum is required

in the Bid Form in the space provided. Failure to acknowledge and respond to any

addenda issued by the District may, in the District’s sole discretion, render the Bidder to

be deemed non-responsive or incomplete.

1. AWARD OF BID

The contract award process has been modified as follows:

 Individual Award: Each school site will be awarded as an individual contract

 Revised Bid Form: Bidders must use the enclosed Revised Bid Form when

submitting their proposals. Failure to use the updated form may result in the bid

being deemed non-responsive.

2. LIQUIDATED DAMAGES (REVISED)

The provision for Liquidated Damages has been updated:

 Amount: Liquidated Damages are hereby set at $1,500.00 per calendar day,

per site, for each day completion is delayed beyond the established schedule.
