The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, and incidentals necessary for the demolition of existing public restroom facilities between Concourse B Gates B9 and B11 and adjacent to Gate B10 and completely renovate existing facilities. The work includes, but is not limited to, demolition of existing restrooms to remove all fixtures and finishes and installing new walls, fixtures that have smart restroom technology, and finishes in Men's, Women's, Family restrooms, and Motherâs room in accordance with enclosed specifications and drawings.The project also includes the buildout of a space to accommodate a Service Animal Relief Area (SARA) room adjacent to Concourse B Gate B2, including accessories that have smart restroom technology, finishes, disposal accessories, and handwashing facilities.All work shall be performed in accordance with the specifications, construction drawings, and local code.
