Description:
CLEAN, PREPARE, AND COAT EXISTING APPROXIMATE 8,800 SQUARE FOOT, STEEP SLOPE (5:12) BATTEN SEAM LEAD-COATED COPPER ROOF SYSTEM, METAL FLASHINGS (SIDEWALL AND OTHERWISE), EDGE METAL, SKYLIGHTS, AND OTHER COMPONENTS, WITH TRANSLUCENT SILICONE ELASTOMERIC COATING, GE OPTIC 3101 AS SPECIFIED IN ATTACHED PROJECT DOCUMENTS. INSPECT EXISTING SUBSTRATES AND REPORT UNSATISFACTORYCONDITIONS IN WRITING. BID MUST SEPARATE MATERIALS AND LABOR COSTS.
MUST HAVE WORKING EXPERIENCE INSTALLING ELASTOMERIC ROOFING COATINGS AND BE ABLE TO PROVIDE DOCUMENTATION OR EXAMPLES OF COMPLETED PROJECTS
MUST HAVE EPA LEAD RENOVATION, REPAIR & PAINTING (RRP) CERTIFICATION
