Fundraising Vendor(s)

The Fort Worth Independent School District is accepting RFP's (Request for Proposals) for Discounts on Catalog pricing, published list pricing, or fair market value for Fundraising Activities that will be purchased on an "as needed" basis.
The period of performance is from date of award to June 30, 2026.  All purchase orders dated and issued will be subject to the terms and conditions of this RFP.
It is the intent of this Solicitation to establish a discount from shelf pricing contract. Proposers should indicate a primary discount (even if the discount is "0%" or shelf price), but may offer multiple discounts by category and/or total purchase. These items will normally be purchased in small quantities on an "As Needed" basis by more than 150 campuses and departments throughout the city of Fort Worth and Tarrant County.

This is a non-exclusive proposal. FWISD reserves the right to publish supplemental proposals to add additional vendors. If you have responded to and have been awarded on a previous bid with the same name and bid number (ex. 21-080-?), you DO NOT need to respond to this bid.  Your award is still valid. This RFP will REPLACE 17-030 A-E Fundraising Vendors.

Questions regarding the meaning or interpretation of this proposal shall be requested within the eBidding portal no later than 2:00 pm on November 25, 2024.
