Downtown Improvements Project - Phase V

The project includes furnishing all labor, equipment and materials required to complete the Downtown Improvements Project Phase V. The project includes, but is not limited to, demolition of existing sidewalks, curbing and wheelchair ramps, removal of existing crosswalk pavement markings, new concrete sidewalk, granite curbing, wheelchair ramps, crosswalk reconfiguration, installation of pedestrian crosswalk posts and associated electrical wiring and conduits, loam and seed, and other work, appurtenances, and incidental items as set forth in the contract documents.
