A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference and Site Visit will be held on April 10, 2025, at 10:00AM CT, at the Murray L. Nolte Transit Center located at 1701 W. 56 Highway, Olathe, Kansas 66061. Please gather in the employee parking lot. Technical questions and requests for clarification shall be submitted via IonWave no later than 5:00PM CT on April 17, 2025, to allow adequate time to issue an addendum, if needed. Bidders shall submit the following with their bid: Bid Bond: Bidders shall submit with their bid a bid bond issued by a surety company licensed to do business in the State of Kansas in the amount of five percent (5.0%) of the total amount of their bid. Said guarantee shall be made payable to the Board of County Commissioners of Johnson County, Kansas. No bid may be withdrawn within a period of sixty (60) days from the date of the bid opening.
