| Project Description |
One-Two Sentences
UNCP seeks a professional services firm to provide Construction Materials Testing and Special Inspections for the new Health Sciences Building. The building will be roughly 75,000 gross square feet with two and three stories. Needs to include soils, concrete, masonry, steel and other construction systems following code requirements, construction documents and established standards & procedures. Firms are requested to ensure receipt of One (1) electronic copy via email in PDF format to the project contact by Noon on 11/26/2024 and Cc: douglas.hall@uncp.edu. The intended Schedule is subject to change: 11/19/2024 Pre-Submittal Meeting (Virtual via WebEx URL above) 12/03/2024 Finalist Notified 12/17/2024 Interviews (Virtual) So that the selection process is as objective as possible, from the date of this public announcement, do not contact members of the Board of Trustees, Campus Officials, and staff other than the project contact.
