One-Two Sentences
UNCP seeks the professional service of a Commissioning Agent (CxA) to join the team in the design phase to provide services for the project through design, construction and post acceptance. The building will be roughly 75,000 gross square feet with two and three stories. The CxA must be a registered engineering firm in the State of North Carolina and must exhibit the basic qualifications outlined in the latest State Construction Office manual, guidelines and checklists. Firms are requested to ensure receipt of One (1) electronic copy via email in PDF format by Noon on 11/26/2024 to the project contact and Cc: douglas.hall@uncp.edu. The intended Schedule is subject to change: 11/19/2024 Pre-Submittal Meeting (Virtual via WebEx URL above) 12/03/2024 Finalist Notified 12/17/2024 Interviews (Virtual) So that the selection process is as objective as possible, from the date of this public announcement, do not contact members of the Board of Trustees, Campus Officials, and staff other than the project contact.
