Services sought are the following - Bond Counsel and Disclosure Counsel for bonds and certificates issued pursuant to the General Obligation Bond Act; Bond Counsel and Disclosure Counsel for bonds issued pursuant to the Build Illinois Bond Act; and Bond Counsel and Disclosure Counsel for new credits, if authorized. GOMB may select more than one firm for the above services.
