The Work, as further described in Part 3 (DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATIONS) and the Contract (the "Project"). In brief summary, the Work is comprised of but not limited to the Bermondsey Transfer Station Electrical Equipment and Guardrail Replacement. |
| Specific Conditions for Procurement: |
Must have completed and achieved Substantial
Performance as defined in the Construction Act, on at least two (2) projects within the past eight (8) years, fulfilling the role of the prime Contractor involving each of the following two (2) project types: i. Minimum of one (1) Electrical Replacement Project with a contract value greater than seven hundred thousand Canadian Dollars $700,000.00 (excluding taxes). ii. Minimum of one (1) Motor Control Center Replacement or Installation Project with a contract value greater than five hundred thousand Canadian Dollars $500,000.00 (excluding taxes). |
