I. SCOPE OF WORK/DESCRIPTION OF ITEMS (SPECIFICATIONS)A. 1 delivery To be delivered on or before August 14th 2025 QTY 26,400 pounds of beef trim delivered in one (1) delivery -70/30 Beef Trim for grinding (NO PORK)- Frozen, 50lb or 60lb wax boxes (no bags) -Product must not be more than 60 days from production to delivery date. No Exceptions-USDA APPROVED Facility -Bid shall include Specification sheet, label, pictures of product for the bid to be considered.-Bid price shall include all freight charges.-Bid shall meet all specifications stated in the QQ-Product to be delivered in One (1) truck load per delivery -Must include Letter of Guarantee and a Certificate of Analysis for E Coli for each lot #.
