Synopsis:
|
|
This Request for Proposals ("RFP") is a re-issue of an invitation by Saskatchewan Housing Corporation ("SHC") to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of Prime Consultant (PC) services for a Pre-Design Study and class D estimate for the future renovation of 141 units at Greer Court in Regina SK. There is no construction component included in this project.
Proponents are to submit their submissions electronically via email to Living Skies Housing Authority (LSHA) on behalf of Saskatchewan Housing Corporation. Paper copies will not be accepted.
A site visit is scheduled for October 1, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. Attendance at the site visit is mandatory for those who have not previously attended one. Interested bidders to meet in parking lot #4 off 14th Avenue East (refer to site plan). If you plan to attend the site walkthrough, RSVP directly to Gary Frank at gfrank.Lsha@housingauthoritysk.com as soon as possible.
Proposals and questions regarding the RFP must be delivered as described in the attached document noting all deadlines for submissions of proposals and questions.
