Synopsis:
|
|
The Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority (SIGA) seeks to engage a vendor to provide dry cleaning, laundry, repair, and alteration services on an if and when needed basis for SIGA’s Dakota Dunes Casino (DDC) located in Whitecap, Sk.
SIGA would be looking to retain the successful supplier for a period of two (2) years with three (3) one-year renewal options for a total maximum term of five (5) years in the form of a Services Agreement. SIGA reserves the right to amend the Services Agreement terms based on the assessment of the vendors qualifications and relevant experience.

Scope Requirements:
Prices quoted will be fixed for the initial Two (2) year term.
Must have a Certificate of Insurance or letter from an insurance company in good standing confirming the bidder’s ability to obtain general liability coverage not less than two (2) million dollar ($2,000,000), should the bidder be awarded a contract.
Vendor will be required to submit evidence as to their ability to carry out the Services. This includes three (3) references of similar sized contracts.
Services provided on an if and when needed basis during business hours with next day turnaround time.
SIGA Staff to have the option to drop off and pick up at their convenience.
Individual cloth bags to be supplied for staff laundry. Items individually bagged and tagged.
Handle all clothes with the highest possible standard of quality and service.
Must provide details on how you will handle any substandard laundering issues. Please describe in detail what the vendor’s measures are to handle both substandard services and damages caused during laundering, alterations and dry cleaning.
Vendor to provide bi-weekly invoices with detailed description of items cleaned preferably in an electronic PDF format. Please provide an example copy of proponent’s invoice outlining this requirement and a description of the invoicing process.
Provide reports, upon request, which track quantities and services for all items.
As part of evaluation SIGA may request to come to facility
