AMENDMENT 0001 (Dated 09/11/2026):

This amendment (0001) is being issued to add a Q&A to the provided attachments in the Attachments/Links section. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in RFO FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation number 1232SA26Q1051 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for a lab gases requirements type contract that shall include five (5) one-year ordering periods.

The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO). This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov/far-overhaul.

This acquisition is an unrestricted requirement. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code (NAICS) is 325120 - Industrial Gas Manufacturing. The small business size standard is 1,200 employees. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.

The Agriculture Priorities and Allocations System (APAS) and assigned rating are not applicable to this solicitation.

See “Attachment 1 - Solicitation Terms and Conditions” for applicable clauses, provisions, instructions, and evaluation criteria. See also “Attachment 2 - Statement of Requirements” for the minimum salient characteristics, capabilities, and features of the items(s) that are to be quoted on as well as the minimum capabilities and performance requirements.

Please note that the quantities listed in the attachments are the best current estimate of what will be ordered within each ordering period. However, these values are not guaranteed.

There are no additional requirement(s) or terms and conditions (such as financing arrangements or warranty requirements) determined to be necessary for this acquisition and consistent with customary commercial practices.

Quotes are due by the date/time/time zone listed in the “Date Offers Due” field.

Submit all quotes to the Primary Point of Contact and Secondary Point of Contact (if applicable) by the “Date Offers Due”.

Quotes received after the established “Date Offers Due” deadline will be considered late. Late quotes may only be considered if it is in the Government’s best interest and if it will not unduly delay award.

Questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted in writing to the Primary Point of Contact and Secondary Point of Contact (if applicable) no later than 11:59 PM PT on Thursday, September 10, 2026 (09/10/2026). Answers will be posted at least 48-hours prior to the “Date Offers Due.”.

A site visit is currently scheduled for Tuesday, September 8, 2026 (09/08/2026) at 1:00 PM PT. This site visit is intended to give prospective quoters the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the delivery location and to help gauge the scope of the work that is required. This is the only site-visit being offered for this requirement. Requests for an alternative day/time or for an individual site-visit shall not be granted. Prospective attendees SHALL email the Primary Point of Contact and Secondary Point of Contact (if applicable) with the attendee's full name as it appears on a Government-issued picture ID (which must be presented at the time of the site visit) and citizenship status; and their company name, physical address, email address, and phone number. The deadline for requesting a site visit is 11:59 PM PT on Monday, September 7, 2026 (09/07/2026). Failure to comply with the registration instructions above will result in denial of access to the location and/or participation in site visit activities.
