The Contract consists of pulverizing and recycling the existing pavement, and mixing it with the existing pavement base to a minimum depth of 12 inches. Paving work will include regrading and rolling the recycled material and applying two courses of bituminous concrete [2” Class 1 and 1½“ Class 2], installation of new curbing, paved drainage leak-offs and pavement markings and all other work as shown on the project plans. This project also includes the removal and replacement of the Town Hall front entry concrete steps and ramps.
