Construction Service to Replace Flooring in Building OR, PACU, and Special Procedures,
Southern Nevada VA Medical Center, Las Vegas

This is a pre-solicitation announcement only. Solicitation documents will be available on or about November 19, 2024. The solicitation will contain all necessary proposal instructions.

This requirement is a total set-aside for eligible SDVOSB contractors and will be solicited as a tradeoff procurement.

Proposals will only be requested and accepted from certified SDVOSB contractors who are registered in SAM.GOV and SBA's VETCERT at the time the offer is submitted and prior to award.

The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, and the small business size standard is $45M. IAW FAR 36.204(g), the magnitude of the project is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000.

Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21 will be issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a general construction contractor for the Replace Flooring in Building OR, PACU, and Special Procedures requirement in accordance with the SOW, Specifications, and Drawings located at 6900 N Pecos Road, North Las Vegas, NV 89086-4400.

The duration of this project is approximately 240 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed (NTP) is issued.
