Home Based Crisis Intervention (HBCI) Mental Health and Intellectual and/or Developmental Disabilities (MH/IDD) Statewide

Funds are available for the procurement of pilot Home Based Crisis Intervention (HBCI) teams. The teams will serve youth with co-occurring Intellectual Disabilities and/or Developmental Disorders throughout the State.

Home Based Community Interventions support families in crisis. HBCI Teams foster well-being and stability for the child/youth. Services are offered in the home, school, or community.

This opportunity is in partnership with the New York State Developmental Disabilities Planning Council (DDPC) and the Office of Persons with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD).
