| The following changes, additions, deletions, or corrections shall become a part of the Contract Documents for the | |

| transmitting this information to all affected subcontractors and suppliers prior to the closing of bids. Acknowledge | |
| receipt of this Addendum in spaces provided on the Bid Form. Failure to acknowledge may subject Bidder to | |
| disqualification. | |

| Bidders must submit sealed bids on or before 3:00 p.m., May 22, 2026, at the District Office, located at 15959 E | |
| Gale Ave., City of Industry, California 91745, and Bidders must ensure that the District time stamps the Bidder's | |
| bid at that time. At or after this time, the District will open the bids and publicly read them aloud. Any claim by a | |
| Bidder of error in its bid must be made in compliance with Public Contract Code 5100, et seq. The District is not | |
| responsible for (1) bids received after the deadline noted above; (2) bids misdelivered, by any method, even to a | |
| different District address. | |
