Description

Link-Belt LS-218H Repair Scope



Solicitation W912ES25Q0007





1. General Information.



a. This solicitation is to repair a Link-Belt LS-218H lattice crane, serial number B6LJ0-3653, and to perform the load testing. All items will be returned to OEM specifications from the manufacture, with no exceptions. Below are the requirements for the requested repairs and known issues.



1. Work will be completed on a barge no later than 05/01/2025.



2. Replace worn brake band assemblies and bushings for both winches.



3. Clean and remove any waste from the work area.



4. Load testing: This shall be completed in accordance with EM 385-1-1 Safety and Health Requirements manual, and ASME B30 standards

b. The quotes will need to cover the parts, parts installation, required fluids, and clean up. Repairs shall be completed at the Fountain City Service Base in Fountain City, WI.



c. The Corps of Engineers reserves the right to inspect the equipment at any time during the repair process.



d. The only work authorized is identified in this Statement of Work (SOW). Any additional repairs identified during the repairs must be approved by the contracting office and are required to have prior written approval from the Contracting Office before the work begins.



e. All work shall be completed by an OEM authorized repair dealer.
