RFP 2026-P07 Grant Writing and Management Services Pool

Hays County (County) is issuing this request for proposals (RFP) to further develop the pool of Grant Writing and Management Services firms to assist in the application preparation, management, and grant administration services required by the County for implementation of capital improvement project(s) for FEMA Hazard Mitigation Grant Programs, Texas General Land Office Community Development Block Grant Programs, Texas Water Development Board Grant Programs, Texas Parks and Wildlife Department Grant Programs, The infrastructure Investment Jobs Act (IIJA), Railroad Crossing Elimination Grant Program, Consolidated Rail Infrastructure and Safety Improvements (CRISI) Program, RAISE Discretionary Grants, and other state and federal grant programs.
