Bid Description:
The Town of Hancock is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) for a comprehensive evaluation of the feasibility of constructing affordable workforce housing on an undeveloped Town-owned property accessible via VT-100 and Taylor Meadow. The Town seeks to select 1 firm or team of firms to complete this feasibility study. This work will be informed by well/septic, archaeological, floodplain, and historic architectural evaluations that will be
completed by other contractors.
