BROWNFIELDS REVITALIZATION PLANNING SERVICES
The City of Pine Bluff, Arkansas invites qualified firms and multidisciplinary professional teams to submit proposals to provide Brownfields Revitalization Planning and Redevelopment Services.
The purpose of this solicitation is to obtain professional planning, redevelopment, economic, real-estate, infrastructure, community-engagement, and related services necessary to assist the City in preparing an actionable Brownfields Area-Wide/Revitalization Plan for the Pine Bluff Downtown Development District.
The selected Consultant will work with the City, community stakeholders, property owners, downtown businesses, and other interested parties to develop a practical framework for assessment, cleanup, reuse, redevelopment, investment, and revitalization of targeted Brownfields properties and the immediate area.
All qualifications shall be received not later than 2:30 p.m., Tuesday, October 20, 2026, in the Office of the City Clerk, Room 202, 200 East 8th Avenue, Pine Bluff, Arkansas, at which time they will be opened and read aloud. All proposals shall be labeled “Qualifications for Professional Services” on the outside of the envelope.
