Contractors are invited to bid on the 2025 Repair B131 Infrared Heaters Project at the Vermont Air National Guard in South Burlington, Vermont.
This project consists of, but is not limited to the demo of existing infrared heaters, installation of new IR heaters, gas piping, electrical, and controls integration.

Site Visit: Date: 8/12/2025 9:00:00 AM

A pre-bid conference will be held at the project site on August 12th at 9:00 am. Site visits are not required to bid on the project. Visitors must surrender a valid driver’s license, government ID, passport, or equivalent ID during their stay. Subcontractors are encouraged to attend. Visitors must notify the Project Manager no later than the day before the meeting so they can be added to the access list.
