COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT. SUPPORT. FINAL DOCUMENT.
PROPOSALS DUE: August 29th, 2025.
Village of Homer is requesting proposals from qualified consultants to create a Smart
Growth update to the Village’s established Comprehensive Plan to address current conditions
and guide future sustainable growth within the municipality.
SUBMISSION OF PROPOSALS
Interested firms must submit three {3) paper copies and one {1) electronic version of their
proposal no later than Friday, August 29th, 2025 to the location specified below:
