Description: The New York State Office of General Services (OGS) Design & Construction (D&C) intends to contract with up to three (3) firms to provide elevator consulting, inspection, design and construction phase services. The majority of projects will involve the rehabilitation of existing facilities, and the firm(s) and/or sub-consultants must be capable of providing mechanical, electrical, structural, fire protection and architectural design services as assignments may include these disciplines.
