Description: NYS OPRHP (Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation) is seeking to solicit quotes for the replacement of the existing one (1) hot water gas boiler with one (1) new natural gas boilers at Denny Farrell Riverbank State Park, located at 679 Riverside Drive, New York, NY 10031. The boiler is in the Mechanical Room on the Second Floor of the Cultural Building. Please complete the RFQ and let us know if you have any questions or wish to schedule a site visit. The work under this RFQ has been determined to be a public work pursuant to Article 8 (Construction) / 9 (Building Services in excess of $1,500) of the New York Labor Law which requires prevailing wages to be paid.
