The Texas Board of Nursing (BON) is seeking information fromqualified vendors regarding technology Solution(s) and associatedimplementation services for the following modernization initiatives:
§ EnforcementSystem Modernization (ESM): Update the enforcement database to a moderncloud-based platform with case management functionality and interoperabilitywith the Texas Nurse Portal.
§ EducationProgram System Modernization (EPSM): Digitize programs using a cloud-basedplatform to streamline application processes for external customers, providestatus updates, and organize the process.
§ WebsiteModernization (WM): Redesign BON website to enhance the user experience andstrengthen defenses against cybersecurity.
The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is for BONto gather information regarding market capabilities and potential costs (e.g.,implementation costs as well as ongoing hosting and maintenance of the Solution(s),to inform Agency planning activities.
