If I cannot determine bidder name, bid number, bid name from the outside of the sealed envelope, the bid may possibly not be able to be accepted. It is also at risk of being accidentally opened and then must be disqualified.

3. Bidder is the company name not the person completing the bid.

4. All blanks need to be filled in on the bid sheet, specification sheet(if applicable), and affidavit. If documents are not completed correctly, the bid may be disqualified

5. HB1295 DOES NOT need to be completed until AFTER award. It will be requested at that time. It also must be completed fully or it will be rejected and need to be redone.

Sealed proposals will be accepted in the Wise County Asset Control Office at 400 W Walnut, or P.O.

Box 952 Decatur, TX 76234 by Diana Allen, Asset Control Manager, until 10:00 a.m., Thursday, June

18, 2026. Specifications and forms may be obtained by contacting the Wise County Asset Control

Office at 940-627-3312 or at wisecountytx.gov. Proposals will be publicly opened and read at 10:00

a.m., Thursday, June 18, 2026 in the Wise County Asset Control Office at 400 W Walnut, Decatur,

TX. Only names of submitters will be read at this time. The Commissioners’ Court of Wise County

will consider proposals for award at the July 6, 2026 Commissioners’ Court at the location posted on

the agenda. Wise County reserves the right to accept and/or reject any and all proposals for any reason

whatsoever.
