Preventive Maintenance Service of Automated Logic

SUNY Stony Brook University Hospital intends to purchase Preventive Maintenance Service on the Automated Logic , Webcontrol BMS system that monitors and controls the hospital energy meters, UPS, Generators, ATS, and HVAC control systems. Due to Automated Logic Contracting Services, Inc. is the Sole Source provider for this preventive maintenance service under its discretionary authority, pursuant to NYS Education Law §355(5)(A), which is up to $125,000, for the above noted service. A sealed bid will not be held. Vendors must provide proof of certification/licensure/authorization from Automated Logic Contracting Services, Inc. for parts and service prior to requesting scope. Interested parties must contact the appropriately designated Campus contact in this advertisement within 15 business days of this Advisement Notice.

This procurement is subject to NYS Finance Law §139 j&k, AKA the Lobbying Law. Therefore, vendors are cautioned that the only permissible contact for this procurement is the individual listed below. Failure to comply with this requirement can range from no contract to debarment from sales to any NYS Agency. Successful contractor shall be required to complete and submit documents related to Vendor Responsibility, NYS Finance Law 139, NYS Tax Law Section 5-a, and valid/ current NYS Workers’ Compensation and Disability Forms.
