Description
Transit Cape Breton, a division of the Cape Breton Regional Municipality (CBRM), invites qualified vendors to submit proposals for the provision, implementation, and ongoing support of a Paratransit Software System.
This software will support scheduling, dispatch, rider booking, eligibility management, reporting, and integration with fixed-route services to improve efficiency and enhance customer experience for accessible transit riders. Cost of acquiring documents: Not Applicable
